You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
All content, images, logos, and designs on this website remain the property of Nova Promo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
We make every effort to display products and colours accurately. However, colours may vary depending on screen settings and manufacturing processes.
Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders for products require full payment upfront before artwork proofing and production begin.
It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before confirming your order.
Print-ready vector artwork files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) are required for branding. We can assist with converting files to the correct format however additional artwork setup fees will apply.
We will provide an electronic proof for approval before production. Production lead times commence only upon final proof approval and receipt of payment.
Slight variations in colour, positioning, or sizing may occur due to printing and manufacturing processes, and this is especially true for items of a natural nature such as but not limited to, bamboo or cork.
Standard production lead time differs per item and this will be communicated during the quoting process. Express services may be available at an additional cost.
Delivery charges are excluded as stated in your quote.
We deliver to UK mainland addresses via courier. Please inform us of any delivery restrictions or access issues in advance.
Orders for branded products cannot be cancelled once artwork proof has been approved and production has commenced.
Returns are not accepted for personalised items unless faulty or incorrect against the approved proof.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for investigation.
Nova Promo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
