You can return items within 14 days of receipt if they are:

Unused and in their original packaging

Not personalised or custom-made (exceptions apply under UK law)

You must cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Once we receive and inspect the item:

A refund will be processed within 14 days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
